Just the transfer covers. Remove 'em. Grind a foolish little plate off each one. Put 'em back. Adjust carb. 372xt delivered.

I don't charge much for this ridiculously invasive surgery. I guarantee your 365xt will perform like a 372xt when you get it back. For a slight upcharge you can upgrade to a high capacity air filter too. :pirate:

Cool, was at a local fairly new saw shop to the area, but the guy has been around a long time, he had a good old 372xp on the shelf and said he could still get more.

He must be ordering from another dealer who bought em by the truckload, there's no option when ordering new ones through the warehouse as to what you want....

Can you guys get more out of a strato saw than a traditional setup? I know stock for stock they have a bit of a boost but how about under the knife?

That's what I thought too, and that's what I told him. But he said he can get them in Canada for about another year. Its Walkers saw shop, most have heard of them, he's been a husky dealer longer then I've been alive so I'm sure he's not bullcrappin me.

Ah yes, Canada. I've heard they can't even get the new XT's either 365 or 372. I've heard of Walker, saw a 394/395 at a Maine GTG last fall that was Walkerized, and that muffler was just plain devilish. I liked it to say the least.

So the cylinders actually the same? Amazing! I hadn't followed this closely before. Talk about a no brainer!

Yep I have heard of them for years. Legendary almost sent them my 044, when it was near fresh. Only thing that stopped me was money. So what are you guy's saying no more 372xp?

Bummer, well hope the xt is as good, but I am hearing some say it is not. I wanted a 372xpw 75cc, but I am happy with my xp love that saw.

I got me an XPW from George Kahler Sales at the Paul Bunyan Show a year and a half ago. I love that saw!

Cool. I got a XPW on the way. Not new though. New saws are cool, but not piratical for me. Doesn't take long to look used anyway.

An excellent source (spike60) as well as others told me they run awesome. Nippin on the heels of an xpw. I would bet they are real runners. I would like to get the 2166 someday and convert it to a 2172........:pirate:
