I've got a mostly complete 394xp I picked up a while back and it's
all there minus a piston and cylinder.

Here's the problem I'm trying to build it just to re sell, and used
395, or 394 cylinders are hard to come by. There are no aftermarket 394 cylinders
to found but 395's are available aftermarket.

I'm trying to figure a game plan to get this saw running for as little $$$ as possible.

At this point I'm half tempted to part it all out, and not worry about getting it running.

Well, I've done many and it isn't cheap. Unless you find all the intake parts on ebay as a package for a low price, you're stuck buying the intake boot, intake collar, dust shield, and throttle cable separately.

What do you need for the saw as is?

I'll post up pics later today, and put it up for sale.
Gotta see what all I've got into it.

Forgot I've got a brand new OEM coil, new Meteor 394 Piston and new NWP Muffler for it.

So it looks like a if you've got a 394 cylinder it'll work.

I might be able to come up with a 394 cylinder and related parts.

Hey hey hey...I'm tryin to make a deal here

The cylinder and related parts would be for you...unless you already have a jug. I may have an extra 395 top end as well.

I gots a crankcase too :D! If no one else in front of me is wanting it, shoot me a price on the whole parts saw.....might save ya from having to fool with all the individual parts.....unless your just set on parting it out.

Probably make more coin selling the parts separate though...
