It was pretty warm here today. 89° or so with barely a breeze. If it's going to get worse all summer then I dread it. :eek2:

local weather station is saying 95.8 ,,,but we have a little breeze trying to move this humid air around ...its not workin :grim:

Got the 346 top end today, maybe even get that little sucker rebuilt to try out. Nahhhhh who am I kidding, that saw wont see wood til August LOL

Interesting. I didn't know it got that hot in New England. I interviewed for a job once in Portland, ME and the guy interviewing said it averaged a high of around 80 in the summer.

Here in western NY it's 90+ all summer with insanely high humidity.


I hate it more than anything in the world.

Keyword average lol, humidity adds to the pain. And Portland is near the ocean whereas Jason's location is not, keeps it a few degrees cooler here.

I can't stand high heat and high humidity together. I've done a little work in Georgia and Tennessee, both in the summer, and it was pretty miserable. The only way I could get by was to put a Camelback bladder in the freezer overnight and have ice water to sip on all day.

In the mid west and east coast it's the freakin humidity that gets you .If you sweat which you will it won't evaporate which is what cools you down .

Heat doesn't bother me like some people ,why I don't know .Drink a lot of water and work slow .

Whew !!I think we are done with this heat/humidity tomorrow mornin 45 degrees with a high of 65 ,,cool dry front comin down from Canaduh :yup::cool!::bananaflash:
