First step to be taken, after farking sumthin up. ADMIT IT. :jawdrop: Yeah, I ran the bastard on straight gas, no oil. First time in 40 years of running two strokes. Hope it was the last. I had a friend years ago that had been a pilot in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. His Dad had been a WWI pilot, and the best advice in the world came to me from him. "As long as you can fix your ✖✖✖✖-ups, you are still moving forward". And yeah, I am special.

I have an EC 7900...it's a monster...'nuff said!!!
Yep, they are. I did some work on a friend's 6400 today, and when it came time to start it, I dern near pulled the rope right out of it. And it sounded like a hair dryer.

Why did I wait so long to put the high-flow air cleaner on this thing? Finally ran it tonight, and had to give it a third of a turn more high speed mixture. :rock2:
