No it's not, but I've seen herds like that before, looking at that deer fence and signs that are in the video, it may be the road along Nugget canyon, about 25 miles North of me, can't say for sure though.
you will only see them like that in the winter after they have migrated into a wintering area. They will come from huge distances, sometimes from more than one state.
In the summer 25-30 head is a sizable herd. And they can make pretty quick work of a ton of hay if you don't have it in a high fence stackyard, even then if they are hungry enough they can tear down a fence to get to it
