I thought it was D196 which fits a bunch of different stuff, Poulan, Homelite etc but maybe that's the same thing. Or maybe I'm wrong

It is a D024 .
A large Husky mount D009 is very close. You might have to open the stud slot a tiny bit. Other than that it works just as well.
Yep. 10mm slot. D096/196/UXL is 3/8-ish (9.5mm). I made a D096 fit a JReds 621 by filing one side of the slot. The oiler hole on the bar didn't quite match up with the oiler slot on the bar pad. Filing one edge until the bar slot wuz 10mm offset the bar enough so that it oiled right.
Traded that saw to a friend that later sold it to another friend. I ended up running that saw later when I cut up some trees at that friend's house....
