I have three Gränsfors. Does that count?

Sure does , I have 3 Husky's so far but hope to get a Gransfors sometime .

I want to get good a sharpening them , The Husky axes need a better edge but nice axes for the price . Big and small splitters and a carpenters axe so far .

Got my first Gransfors axe tonight at a local store , a Swedish forest axe . Cut the damn leather scabbard already not being careful putting it on .
I worked the 5th of Dec OT at work so this in my to Dad from Dad gift . My father and Grandfather did that as well , it's a win-win :bananashuffle::thumbsup:

I own a Husky ax which I use all the time.
My prized ax is a Kelly True Temper Double Bit.
Have a Plumb as well.

This isn't much but it was my Grampa Double Bit axe he broke the handle when my Uncle; Grampa; Dad and I were clearing some land in Grante Falls Washington in the late 60's. I found it a few years back and put a handle in it

It's a Craftsman head Coast to Coast handle

It ain't much but it's was my Grampa's axe

I like a good axe, have collected a handful of them.
Yard sales estate sales and in disrepair.
I clean them up paint the head and refinish the handle.
Spent some time trying to get the perfect profile on the edge.
Swedish but not high end, I forget the name off hand.
I do use them, especially for kindling.
Beats the chi com crap that out there now.

Weird Uncle Willie's basement
I have a good half dozen ax heads in my barn. I was told by Lisa's grandpa that those were the ax heads that my wife's grandmas parents and grandparents used while building my barn in the late 1800's.

Every so often I see them and consider cleaning them up and restoring them.
